Contrary, gymnasts that can perform these movements and who haven’t lifted a single pound in their lives (or if they don’t practice with weights often), have shown remarkable feats of strength when performing bodybuilding exercises.
The strength and power that strength gymnasts possess is beyond comprehension. However, it’s something most people can only appreciate once they have tried the exercises.
